Cancellation Policy

A $50 booking deposit is required to save your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but if plans change, we’re always happy to reschedule your celebration for another date!

 

When weather is questionable, we wait it out right up until the day of your event and only cancel if it’s not safe to set up. You never need to give advance notice for weather, we’ll decide together as it gets closer!

 

We totally understand that life happens with sick kiddos, last-minute surprises, or unexpected changes. If you do need to cancel for any reason, just let us know as soon as you can. If you’ve already paid your remaining balance, we’ll happily refund that portion. The booking deposit is not refundable.

 

Little Bounce Company always puts safety first and may cancel or adjust setups if weather or conditions don’t allow for a safe event.
