Please read the following details:

• Delivery: Deliveries take place between 7am–2pm and will always be completed before your selected party start time. We’ll confirm your delivery window closer to your event once routes are finalized.

• Pickup: Pickups are usually that evening or the next morning, depending on what works best. If we have another event booked, we may need to collect it that night, but we’ll always let you know.

• Full-Day Rentals: One simple flat rate.

• Need a specific time? We’re happy to accommodate when possible (pricing stays the same)
